Inspired By: An Friend's Intimate Wedding

I got exciting news from a friend, last night. After a long engagement, they have set a date and plans are coming together for a June 18th, 2011 wedding! Thats less than 5 months until their intimate church ceremony and dinner following at Chaing Mai Tai Restaurant in Minneapolis. Which just so happens to be the location of their first date and proposal! How perfect!
She asked for my help and obvioulsy, I couldn't wait to get to the details!
She is envisioning a small, simple, white wedding which I love!

The bride loves peonies and this arrangement of white roses and peonies(found here) is flawless.

The bride and groom have two beautiful daughters who will be a big part of their day. These flower girl dresses from Whitten Grey could not be more adorable. And, what's even better? Every time you purchase a dress from Whitten, they donate one to a girl in need. LOVE.

I knew the bride had purchased these gold frames to display their adorable engagement pictures at the reception. I think it's a fabulous idea!

The restaurant has a beautiful event room that really won't require much for decoration.

Being that the guest list is around 40 people, I envision lots of candles for decor that could be transferred from the church to the restaurant to warm it up and keep that intimate feel.
Congrats Pat and Dara! Can't wait for your big day!
